Cancellation Policy
At Manglam Jewellers, we understand that plans can change. However, because our products involve high-value metals and intricate craftsmanship, the following cancellation rules apply:
1. Standard Orders
You can cancel your order for ready-to-ship jewelry within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return policy will apply.
2. Customized & Made-to-Order Items
Orders for customized or bespoke jewelry can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the design goes into production and gold/stones are allocated, so we cannot accept cancellations.
3. How to Cancel

Refund Policy
Once a cancellation or return is approved, we initiate the refund process immediately.
1. Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.
2. Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days from the date of approval.
- Bank Credit: It typically takes 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
3. Deductions
Please note that shipping charges and any non-refundable payment gateway fees incurred by the bank may be deducted from the final refund amount.
