1. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders above a certain value. For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 48 hours; delivered in 3–7 business days.
- Customized/Bespoke Jewelry: Crafted and delivered within 15–21 business days.
3. Secure Packaging & Insurance
All items are shipped in tamper-evident packaging. Every shipment is fully insured by us until it is delivered to your doorstep. Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, our return process is designed to be as simple as possible.
1. Return Window
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all tags and certificates intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, Nose Pins and Studs cannot be returned. Additionally, Custom-made jewelry tailored to your specific size or design is not eligible for return.
